Save the adoptions to your own computer. No direct linking. Even for sprites,
it eats up bandwidth quickly. This includes Neopets and Xanga sites too because
everything on them is direct linked. Save them someplace else and upload them
there, if you have to.
Link me. On your site. Preferably on the same page that the adoptions are on,
but a "credits" page will do. I don't care how you link me, you can link the sprite,
use a banner, a text link, etc. Not linking back to me is seen as stealing.

Do not claim that you made my sprites, or take parts of my sprites to make
your own. This means do not take heads and put them on other bodies, or take
clothes from one sprite and put them on another, or just change some colors and
say it is yours.
PLEASE, no using the sprites for anything other than adoptions. Do not modify
them, put them in animations, blinkies, webcomics, or layouts without my
permission. Putting them in signatures is okay, and if you want to put them as
an avatar or Instant Message icon, that is fine too. But please, in the case of
signatures and avatars, please include a link back to my site somewhere in your
signature, and in the case of Instant Message icons, please include a link back to
my site somewhere in your profile. It is appreciated.
Please do not put the sprites up on another adoption site, and please do not put
the sprites up on Gaia or other forums shops and "sell" them. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Custom-made requests of people's original characters cannot be adopted unless
you are the creator of that character.
The customized smilies scattered throughout the site are not for adoption.
